Please Note that Changes Have Been Made to the "Cancellation" and Terms & Conditions for All Facility Rental Users - effective immediately.  1) The District reserves the right to cancel use of the District facility(ies) immediately upon notice by federal, state, or local government that such activity is not allowed due to COVID-19 or other infectious disease. 2) User and User’s staff, invitees, guests, volunteers, employees, or other representatives shall be required to strictly abide by any policies, laws, recommendations, or guidelines set in place by Washington State, Kitsap County, the City of Bremerton, and Bremerton School District in connection with the Safety Requirements related to the COVID-19 response.  Such policies, laws, recommendations, or guidelines include but are not limited to requirements dictated under Washington’s Phased Approach to Reopening Business and Modifying Physical Distancing Measures, as well as any other federal, state, county, city, or Bremerton School District requirements related to large gatherings, crowds, “social or physical distancing”, utilization of face coverings, hand washing, and equipment and facility sanitizing, (collectively, “Safety Requirements”). Any violation of such Safety Requirements by User or User’s participants as set forth above shall be verbally relayed to User’s onsite representative and participant for immediate remedy.  Any continued violations of such Safety Requirements shall be considered grounds for required eviction from the facility.  7/8/20
